I loved the intimate atmosphere and the very welcoming staff, from the front desk to the managers.

Fairly clean exceptional accommodation with very helpful staff and magnificent location in the sunny beach. Freshly prepared breakfast with gorgeous view, very good service. Good for celebrating birthday.

You guys made my stay amazing. I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was ideal, with stunning and wonderful location close enough to Tulum's best restaurants, Hotels and Cabanas, and many bars, restaurants and shops OR a quick taxi ride into downtown. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and offered a huge variety of great food. The rooms were new-fashioned and mine was contemporary with a spacious bathroom and the jacuzzi, for instance. The great service and the attention to detail!

This place has a fantastic location close to the ruins, the double rooms are stylish and come with amenities like a safe box, a mini bar, and an iron.

The breakfast was very tasty and exceeded my expectations. A lot of healthy spits and juices. The staff is very dedicated and also fulfils special requests. Great location of the restaurant with view into the green and sandy soil.

The central location makes it easy to get around, with helpful and friendly staff at every level and a wonderful bar.

The breakfast was very good! Something different from "just a buffet". The smoothies are very tasty and nutritious, as are the Overnights Oats!

- The entire staff was extremely friendly and courteous. - Via WhatsApp you can ask questions at the reception or use the room service. - The room was cleaned very thoroughly every day. - You can have breakfast directly at the hotel (Frescos) or a bit further on at Ziggy's. - If you want to rent bicycles, they will be made available within a few minutes. - Towels for pool/beach can be changed daily. - Beach is cleaned daily from seaweed.

Located on the best part of the beach; centrally located (easy to get to restaurants both directions), wide and spacious soft white sand on the beach and in the water. Awesome view from our Deluxe Ocean Front Room. The room was new, modern and clean. The service from management and the staff was outstanding, Patti in particular. The included hot breakfast (full menu) served right on the beach is perfect. This is a keeper in our book.

The breakfast was super one had a lot of choices. The staff was very friendly, one would have the feeling that they enjoy their work. It was very clean and the beach would be cleared of seaweed every day unlike other hotels. You can recommend the hotel for a stay of one week.

The area is quite overpriced by the tourists. Outside of the hotel one could find a lot of garbage and at the beach, some small plastic parts were washed up, but the hotel cannot help it.
